Its predecessor is Orient Securities Co., Ltd., which opened on March 9, 1998.It is headquartered in Shanghai and has a registered capital of RMB 8.497 bllion. The company successfully landed on ShanghaiStock Exchange (600958) on March 23, 2015 and successfully registered H shares on July 8, 2016 Issued and listed (03958), becoming the fifth a + H-share listed securities company in the industry.
