Orient Futures is a wholly owned subsidiary of Orient Securities Company Limited, and currently has registered capital of Rmb500 million and close to 350 employees. The Company is primarily engaged in the business commodity futures brokerage and financial futures brokerage, futures investment advisory, asset management, fund sales and other relevant businesses, and is a member of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the Dalian Commodity Exchange and the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange. It is also a general clearing member of the China Financial Futures Exchange.
