Citi Orient Securities Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Orient Securities Co., Ltd. and Citigroup Global Markets Asia Ltd based on their strategic partnership.

Established in June 2012, Citi Orient undertakes Orient Securities' investment banking business. It is headquartered in Shanghai and has representative offices in Beijing, Shenzhen and Xinjiang. With a total of RMB 800 million registered capital and over 250 employees, the company has its commitment in the domestic market, while actively exploring overseas markets with the aim of combining both eastern intelligence and western experience, becoming a leading investment bank in China.
