It now has four major product lines comprising income certificates, private placement funds, asset management plans, and private equity financing projects. It is also expanding into innovative services such as OTC derivatives, private debt, asset-backed securities, and collateralized repurchase agreements.

     Adhering to our customer-centric and compliance risk control business philosophy, with offerings, transfers, registration and settlement as well as information services as the foundation, we have continued to improve our five major functions, namely, OTC market trading, custody and settlement, payment, financing and investment, leveraging the Company's group advantages to build a suite of OTC private placement products centered on  private placement products, private equity, OTC derivatives, and commodities, striving to provide efficient, flexible, and customized financial products and services to our clients.

These include: the first batch of participants in the Interagency Quotation and Service System, issuance of the first batch of intergency products, the first securities brokerage to issue subsidiary income certificate in the industry, the first company in the quotation system to become a pilot market making institution, and the Company's first private equity financing project, "Temch", broke the China Securities Crowdfunding Platform-Private Equity

     We have a vibrant and cohesive professional team, with more than 68% of our team members holding master's degree or higher academic qualification, specializing in finance, economics, accounting, computer science, law and other relevant areas.
